A deployment to our pre-production environment is scheduled for 03-24-2026 between 3:00–5:00 AM PDT.

This release introduces Terminology Updates (CMS to Service Management) and SSN Masking with Conditional Reveal, improving UI clarity through updated naming across the Accounts tab while enhancing data security by masking SSN values by default with permission-based, on-demand visibility for authorized users.

Our latest release introduces Third-Party Identity Verification, Approver Tag support in the PDF Editor, and a new Delegation Control toggle, giving administrators greater control over signer authentication, field assignment, and delegation behavior. The update also includes enhancements such as improved Repeat on All Pages functionality, automatic email validation, customizable phone country codes, and the option to display a Transaction ID on signed document pages for stronger audit traceability. In addition, we fixed an issue where refreshing an already signed document’s error page replaced the signing link with a dashboard link, and no features were deprecated or removed in this release.

Completed - The deployment is now complete. While the team identified and resolved an issue that took longer than expected, the platform remained stable and performant throughout.

This release introduces Custom Fields for Reporting Metadata and Customizable Report Columns in SimpliPayments, allowing Customer Admins to define agency-specific metadata fields and add, remove, or reorder report columns so reports better reflect internal tracking needs and operational priorities.

SimpliGov Version 2.3.0 is being deployed to Production. This release focuses on Service Management (SM) polishing and validation improvements, including enhanced case template validation with guided redirects, updates to SM privilege fetching and permissions APIs via BFF, and the introduction of granular, role- and department-based RBAC at the case and section levels. It also introduces ACH-based SimpliPayments, enabling full lifecycle visibility and auditing of bank-account payments (including returns), with ACH fees and taxes supported across credentials, response mappings, reports, and notifications.
