SimpliGov Version 2.4.0 is being deployed to Pre-Production Mar 10, 2026 03:00-05:00 PDT

A deployment to our pre-production environment is scheduled for 03-10-2026 between 3:00–5:00 AM PST.

This release introduces Custom Fields for Reporting Metadata and Customizable Report Columns in SimpliPayments, allowing Customer Admins to define agency-specific metadata fields and add, remove, or reorder report columns so reports better reflect internal tracking needs and operational priorities.

SimpliGov Version 2.2.0 is being deployed to Production. This release focuses on itemized surcharges and convenience fees across Designer and Requestor experiences, ensuring consistent fee calculation and display across workflows, checkout, receipts, and totals. It also updates UI naming from CMS (Case Management System) to SM (Service Management) and adds configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Accounts and Case Template Management.

SimpliGov Version 2.3.0 is being deployed to Pre-Production. This release focuses on Service Management (SM) polishing and validation improvements, including enhanced case template validation with guided redirects, updates to SM privilege fetching and permissions APIs via BFF, and the introduction of granular, role- and department-based RBAC at the case and section levels. It also introduces ACH-based SimpliPayments, enabling full lifecycle visibility and auditing of bank-account payments (including returns), with ACH fees and taxes supported across credentials, response mappings, reports, and notifications.
